Remember back when I had a Pampered Chef Party? Well, the Spring/Summer catalog had a picture of these yummy rocky road cookies in it that just looked scrumptious. I didn't buy the cookbook that it came in, but I did find the recipe on the Pampered Chef website. I love rocky road ice cream. . . the combination of chocolate, marshmallows and pecans is simply irresistible!
